TIKF provides managed digital presence services for professional and regulated firms, including website design and maintenance, content creation, LinkedIn management, SEO, and related digital services as described on our Website and in any service agreement between you and TIKF.

TIKF Group Ltd is a digital services provider. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, immigration, or regulatory advice. Content we produce is reviewed for professional tone and regulatory sensitivity, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with your professional obligations remains with your firm.

3. Website use

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Fees are as stated on our pricing page or in your service agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Website content, branding, and materials published by TIKF remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Content created for clients under a service agreement is licensed to the client upon payment, subject to the terms of the relevant service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIKF shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Website or our services. Our total liability under any service agreement is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms
